Thank you to Sarah and Joe from Air Services. Joe came out on Wednesday night during a snow storm to check my heater. No he wasn’t able to fix it that evening; but he was finally able to tell me what was causing the issue. More than what I received in the last two months. Joe and his team reached out to me the very next morning, parts were ordered and Joe was back that afternoon to repair my heater. He took his time and made sure each part was working properly and we had working heat before he left. The effort this team put in to make sure my family has a working heater was remarkably. I’ve been telling anyone that with ears about this amazing team. My family is very grateful. Sarah thanks for responding to the message. Admittedly, nothing is more paralyzing than your heater breaking and trying to figure out what to do when it's below freezing with a winter storm on its way. Of course, googling can sometimes intensify this experience - so many options. Like any diligent homeowner, I met with a few companies to determine who provided the best value. Aire Serv is by far your best option! They provided wrap around customer care, timely appointments and service, and best of all, the greatest value. I don't just mean the cheapest services, they were that too, but as a customer I felt my technician was honest and thoughtful, they offered flexible payment options that fit my budget, and speedy quality service. I hope I never have to see them again - because this new furnace should last me for a long time. HA. But if, well not if - when I need to schedule my yearly service of my furnace, I know who to call. Thank you, Jenny, for coordinating my service and bringing me peace of mind that a solution was in sight. What an outstanding experience. Our heat pump went down and in less than 24 hours they were out to fix it. It was old and the "broken" part made it costly to repair although they tried other options. We opted to have it replaced, Will came in late Saturday afternoon to go over our options. We felt the new heat pump was a great and fair price providing us with a new updated model. By Tuesday two great installers, Tyler and Ben, put in our new heat pump. Such great and respectful young men!! This company and their people are the BEST. Completely and totally recommend. Fantastic fantastic experience. Thank you.

My split unit started making strange noises this morning, so I called Aire Serv. I have a maintenance contract with them, and they had someone out within a couple of hours. Joshua was wonderful! He found the problem - an old screw lodged in the split unit, most likely from the people who flipped the house I bought two years ago. It turned out not to be a big problem, but I really appreciated the response from the business office and the thoroughness of Joshua in diagnosing the issue.

It was soooo cold in this house! I never felt anything like this type of cold. The gas heater isn't new and annual maintenence was overlooked. These folks sent Kyle and he located a well as solved our problem in a matter of minutes! I tell you heat never felt so good! We have an affordable contract for their folks to come in but Kyle thanks for saving what could have been a miserable Xmas season!

Technician did a thorough job of checking my oil heater for soot, and use the optical device to inspect all the working elements of my system. Replaced oil filter, nozzle and did efficiency tests. Furthermore, explained me and showed me what he was doing and what was involved in the replacements and the inspections.
