I live in a 3 year old home and didn’t expect to have issues with my hvac however one of my systems went out on a hot summer day. After calling the original installer and being told it was a bad coil with a price tag of $2300 under warranty I decided to call Aire Serv as they provided service on my last home. They ordered the part just in case however they found a leak and kinked line which was repaired much, much cheaper. The system worked great for a while however after coming home from a long weekend I found the system down again. Air Serv was able to get someone out the same day and found another issue further up the line. They stood behind their work and got me up and running same day. I can’t say enough about the great team from the person answering the phone to the techs in the field. No one likes spending money on this sort of thing but I trust these guys aren’t going to screw me in my time of need.

My evaporator coil was replaced and my AC was running in approximately 3 hours. They explained everything and were very professional. I would definitely hire them again.
