Fast, informative and complete professional HVAC service.

We have three A/C units on our properties all installed by the team Aire Serv of Tipton County. Two units were installed approx. four years ago and one unit was installed a year ago. This review was prompted by the just completed six-month inspection of these units. We have been completely satisfied with all aspects of the service provided by Aire Serv. They have been completely professional, always pleasant, extremely punctual and they sell an excellent product. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Having used Aire Serv previously to replace our upstairs unit, we called on them again when we lost heat downstairs right before Christmas. Blake was the first technician to come out and diagnose the issue. He was upfront and honest about replacement versus repair. Dillian, Cuatemo, and Ryan all worked to get the old unit removed and the new one installed. Ryan drove back out at 9pm to fix a connector that was not properly seated from the manufacturer and causing the unit to not ignite. Christina was our salesperson and she was very cordial and professional when discussing the options. Their communication for technician arrival makes arrangements very easy. I highly recommend considering Aire Serv for future service.
