I was a little scared by some noises I heard coming from the air conditioning condenser and called the service. A well-mannered young man came to visit me, checked everything and found nothing abnormal. It was just noises that the device makes when it freezes and activates a system to defrost, which I obviously was completely ignorant of. I took the opportunity to ask for estimates for other related things and I have already received some of that information. They were punctual and the cost of the visit was $0. They already sent me one of the estimates for an upcoming project. I recommend it 100%.

Jordan Dixon did a great job. Diagnosis of the issue and fixed the problem we had from a year ago after trying several companies. This tech looked for a full solution to the problem instead of a temporary.

AireServ was at my house on SUNDAY Dec. 22 to fix my hot water heater. James made quick work of getting it up and running, so the radiant heat could start up again. James patiently explained the problem and solution yo me, a 77-year-old widow - very much appreciated!

On 23 Dec 24 Gary and Branden sealed our duct system. They went about the process in a very efficient manner and answered all our questions. Andy was a phenomenal plumber. He found the issue and went out of his way to work around other people coming to our house. The job was professionally done and his knowledge of code and general knowledge of plumbing was obvious. We highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Andy if you need a hot water tank replacement.

Our heat pump outdoor unit was all iced up. We called Airserve and they said they could have a tech at our house same day. Jordan Dixon was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and went to pick up parts. Then returned and had our heat pump working again in same day. I definitely would recommend Airserve of martinsburg
