I recently had the pleasure of working with Aire Serv, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the customer service was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Peter arrived right on time and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly assess my system, explained what needed to be done, and provided me with an honest and reasonable estimate. The work was completed efficiently, and I noticed an immediate improvement in the performance of my HVAC system. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly before leaving, and I truly appreciated their attention to detail. When you have the "Worst boiler of the year" you need the best team to keep it running! Always responsive, friendly, professional, all good things. Brian and Joe and Thomas and everyone that keeps the water hot and house warm, as well as central ac thats not easy either! Thank you. **** Updated 1/17/25- had to have the system replaced. Art the tech noticed we had a very thin layer left of the old boiler when he was here for the annual check up. Keeping the fire and water contained, should that protective layer been compromised, that could have turned into a big big problem. We got a rep out next day to discuss options, and was able to take advantage of a state sponsored low interest loan. The scheduling was fast after approval, the techs installed same day and glad to have Air-Serve on our support team. The service techs, Joshua and team, were professional, knowledgeable, and did the work on a super cold very windy day. I'll miss the whoosh of the boiler kicking on but satisfying to know we won't have a blow out and further issues during the Polar Vortex of 2025 when we will need heat the most.

Bill did a great job of resetting my thermostat. It had been pre-progammed to increase or lower the temp, depending on the time of day. Now I control it fully. Bill was polite, efficient, and skillful. Thanks, again, Aire Serv of Ct.
