We were in dire need of a new air conditioning system. We contacted AIRESERV. Ben came out and did a complete assessment/evaluation of our current system. Ben was very professional and knowledgeable. We've been using Aire Serve for our HVAC maintenance and installation since 2021 when we moved to Sumter. We have always found them to be professional, conscientious, and dependable. We have a duplex with two HVAC systems that we regulalry maintain via Aire Serve's maintenance plan which we recommend. We especially want to commend Zack who has serviced both units. He is dedicated to providing excellent timely service and giving you the information needed to make wise decisions regarding your system needs. Ben is great for installations and we give them both 5*s. Definitely ask for Zack for your service needs. He is just fantastic. These employees give the company it's good value.
Top notch customer service
WELL ZACK CAME AND DID HIS THING AND WE HAD A PROUBLM WITH THE CONTROL SO WE TRIED TO FIX IT AND COULDN'T SO HE LEFT. WELL MY KWHNFOR THE NEXT THREE DAYS WENT UP UP AND UP, SO I CALLED AND ZACK CAME BACK CHECKED MY UNIT AND THEN THE CONTROL AND FOUND THAT THE CONTROL WAS SET ON EXT HEAT, CHANGED IT BACK AND THE KWH IS BACK TO NORMAL,, THANKS ZACK,,
Jared came out today for routine maintenance. He was very thorough in looking over the system. When he found something not working correctly, he explained it all to me and offered solutions. Would recommend Jared and this company!

Update: Still 5 stars, with info There was a small issue with the backup heating element coming from the factory missing a wire. The supervisor, Neil, came out immediately and began work to resolve it immediately. Jon and his team came out to install the brand new heating element. The thing is, this time of year, I don't even need the backup element and maybe never will, but Jared did an extensive audit and noticed that he couldn't force it on, so he got right on it. While the power cable installed was sufficient for the power demand, the supervisor also has the team replace it with something stronger. This is a company that honors their agreement. There's no pushback, and they even go above and beyond. Six stars. ---- Original: Jon B. and his team came out. They arrived on time both days that the job took. I work from home, and they took care to be as little intrusion as possible. They never bothered me, never made significant noise. Each time they came in the house, they had clean overshoes (shower-cap style booties). There was a small issue with my return-duct and Tim made sure to resolve it. He worked on it til it was fixed, and I appreciate that. Jay was the newest guy on the crew and he was quick to do any work that was needed. Jay was just as respectful as the rest and helped me move my old window unit as well. When they cut holes for the new vent, they measured precisely. There was no guess work in where they'd be cutting, the vents fit the holes perfectly. The company have a "No Quibble" guarantee, and when the job took more work than the initial evaluation predicted, they...didn't Quibble at all! They made sure everything was as clean as they'd found it, clean-er. Jon walked me through the setup of the thermostat, and took care of some of the pre-settings so I didn't have to. I'm a bit of a talker, and though they never bothered me, they answered any questions I had. As the job came to a close, Jon, Jay, and Tim wrapped everything up, made sure it was professional and protected.
Ben came out shortly after service tech Jared pointed out the problem with an old system, and inaccessible panels. Ben gave me a complete heat analysis and cost estimates, with no hidden fees. He showed me all of the problems that were occurring and talked about things that could happen in the future. He was very informative and well spoken. Service was prompt and polite. Financing made easy. Recommend Aire Serv for any of your A/C or heating needs. : )

BEN came out. He was on time, polite and answered any questions I had. He was very informative. He's the second person that I've called about this. I gave him the same walkthrough, and shook his hand thinking he was leaving, like the last guy did. He wasn't ready to leave. With permission, he evaluated my thermostat, my windows, and did a "heat load" analysis. He has lots of good news about my needs here, and unfortunate news as well. It's exactly how you would want any contractor to treat you.

The technician (Zack) from Aireserv was the best. He was very professional and very knowledgeable concerning his job. He explained things in a in a manner that made it easy to regurgitate the information.
Mr Jared Graham did first rate work at our house—quickly identifying and fixing the system. Extremely competent and professional. I sure appreciate him!
Always intime excellent service
Another great service. Jared Graham was scheduled to show up at 1pm, but got here at 10am and worked dilegently until the issue was resolved. Very professional. Explained everything that happened and what steps he took to correct the problems. All employees should have that type of work ethic. A+ in my book. Also, looks like my review from 4 months ago never posted. I needed emergency service on the Sunday before memorial day. I called and they sent over Kayla Cox to resolve things. Everything I said above can be said about Kayla as well. She was fantastic. It's apparent that Aire Serv hires nothing but the best. I've had 2 of their techs and couldn't be happier with the results.
