They pick up the phone fast, the office ladies are very nice and schedule you up right away. We were impressed with the tech that was sent, he was really respectful and knowledgeable (and I have worked in HVAC industry before).

Aire Serv of Southern New Mexico were great to work with! I switched over from a swamp cooler to AC. They were fast when giving a quote. The quote was detailed and gave me options to choose from based on what I could afford. Everything was laid out so I was able to pick exactly what I wanted. When it came to installation, the workers inside and outside of my home were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They had to do a lot of work to replace all the ducting and everything from the old system. They needed to cut new holes for ventilation too. I thought I’d have dust and dirt everywhere, but I didn’t! They cleaned up after themselves both inside and outside. When I explored the work areas once they were done, I was surprised to see no sign of construction work! All of the new equipment and new construction looked like it had always been part of the house. My new system works great too! This is a fabulous company to work with. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

The service man was very knowledgeable and knows what he was doing. I appreciate his kindness, toward the elderly such as myself to explain to me why the thermostat works or not. . Thank you for his help.
