I called early afternoon with a concerning propane smell coming from our boiler room and no heat/hw, I spoke to the sweetest woman, Kim, who quickly dispatched a tech for that afternoon. Kim texted me updates on his arrival time and checked in throughout the process, she was truly fantastic to work with. The tech, Chris was a gem of a human and so very knowledgeable. He walked me through what he was seeing, eased my mind and tweaked a few things. He also was up front immediately about the pricing quote (incredibly reasonable) and wrote up extensive notes on my invoice so I had a detailed rundown. I couldn’t be more impressed with their approach to service and will be a full time customer from here on out!

They arrived on time, spoke with me about the issues we were having and then got to work resolving them. 1 hour later we had heat and they were finished. Very professional and courteous. Explained what they had done to fix the problem so I could understand. Very happy and cozy as I sit here writing this review! Thanks again for everyone that helped (including the friendly people in the office that we spoke with) getting us our heat back in a timely manner. Glad we have you and will recommend this company to anyone!

Super responsive and helpful when our heat went down in 20 degree weather. Came up with a very quick temporary solution for immediate heat in the house with a long term plan for a permanent fix. All positive experiences. The technician arrived just a little late, but I was notified that they were on their way. They immediately started their diagnostic work on my heater, and within minutes they discovered 2 possible reasons why my propane heater was not igniting. They explained clearly what they can do to fix the problem, and went over their billing process.
