Joseph L. very thorough assessment of heat/ thermostat issue. Looks like the work done on furnace (verify dampers new and operating properly) ...efficiency test...and recalibrating thermostats...explanation on air bypassing closed damper...looks like we're in good shape. Well done.

I have never had to deal with furnace issues the 16 years I’ve been at my house. I’ve been really lucky! Well of course durning the cold spell my furnace decided to stop. I called Aire Serv and they came out the very next day to fine out my furnace was very old!!! It’s did it job but it was time to get a new old. With those words being very scary they made the whole process so easy. We were able to upgrade everything hot water and air unit so now we will be good for a long while. The workers were so kind and professional never leaving any mess answered all of my questions. I want to Thank each and every one of them for a job well done!!!

Josh, Nick, and Joe did a fantastic job in below freezing conditions to install a new hybrid heat pump system, new a/c and new thermostats. Arrived early and finished jn the afternoon with no problems. Really great guys, extremely professional. Cleaned up and removed old equipment. I hope this review gets back to the higher ups because they took care of everything with not a single issue and they deserve a raise!
