Rick D'Ambrosia installed a steam furnace in my 100 year old house back in 2020. It was his first steam install, but he was meticulous about process and execution. The mech on a steam boiler seemed daunting, but Rick pulled it off flawlessly. It took over 6 hours with two helpers. A marathon, for sure. Rick is personable, articulate, and professional. Very friendly and professional techs. No high pressure upsell. Very pleased with furnace replacement and new water heater! Furnace had quit running and within 24 hours the new one was up and running.

My tech was Josh, he was a class act. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable. He will be the one I request any time I need work done. The company treated me well and I appreciated it so much. That is hard to find nowadays.

Of course Rick, Tracey and team are the best choice for HVAC. I have an advantage plan and feel like a VIP when I call. They replaced my aor conditioner and a part of my furnace. Couldn't be happier. I called ahead to have a few filters set aside for me . When I went into the store , I met Adam. He got the 2 filters for me. As he rang them up , we started talking about the furnace itself, I ended up making an appointment for them to come to the house for a service call . I need them to check everything over and replace whatever is needed, with all the right parts…I had great customers service…. And I was lucky enough to meet the owners, right there in the store … great day! I look forward to having them in my home..

On 01/20/2025, Josh from AireServ showed up at our house to replace our furnace which decided to stop working after 22 years. He was on time and very professional throughout the entire replacement process. The floors were protected all the way from the front door to the furnace. Josh spent time explaining everything about the new American Standard furnace to me and answered all the questions I asked. All debris was removed and everything was put back better than found. He is returning to replace the air conditioner unit when the weather warms up. AireServ does things correctly, has very reasonable prices and has true professionals working for them. Thanks Josh for the great work and to AireServ for continued great service!

After 22 years our furnace finally decided it was time to retire. Of course it was a Saturday the middle of January:) I put the call into AireServe and within 30 minutes had a call back from Matt. He told me where he was and how long it would be for him to get there. He also explained the after hours pricing which I appreciated before coming out and then being told. He diagnosed the problem within about 5 minutes and gave us an estimate to repair the furnace. We decided to go with a new furnace and air conditioner unit after talking it over with Matt and Don. They were both very professional and answered all the questions my wife and I had for them. There was no pressure by them at all to go new. It was just time to do this. Matt went back to their shop and brought us space heaters to get us through the next couple of days before they could get to us to replace the furnace. Thank You AireServe !
