Our heat went out and a snow storm was brewing we called and texted several companies, Aire Serv responded immediately and came to our home that evening and within 30 minutes or so our heat was back on. Gregory explained everything to us, showed us exactly what the problem was and fixed it. We decided to get a service agreement with them to service our unit going forward. We highly recommend them.

Greg Perry came out to do my furnace tune up and to give me an approximate estimate on a whole new HVAC system I was pleased with his service and my husband was also because he fixed the vent in his room where it had shut after we had people come out to clean the ducts. Greg was very friendly and informative. I will use Aire Serv again and will recommend them to others. I hope that any follow up calls will be as pleasing as this first call.

Based on reviews, I decided to give them a try and couldn’t be happier with the technician who did the work. He is very experienced and professional. He explained what he was going to do and made a recommendation on a change I should consider to one of my HVAC ducts. I will make that change. Their prices are very reasonable. The service with Aire serve was phenomenal from the customer service to the actual installation. Mr. Perry and his team were polite and courteous. They ensured I k ew my installation stone and I was kept abreast of when the installation would take place. I even received a phone call the next day to ensure everything went well.
