We installed an entire new system in the summer cuz ours died in the middle of the heat wave. We haven't used it since the summer and now that it's cold.... we need the heat. Except, it didn't work. We've only had this for four months so, we immediately called them and they sent a guy quickly. Andy was great. He checked every single thing. Going on the roof, the vents, and found the problem and spent his time fixing it. He was so incredibly nice and patient. He explained so much to me and then I made him call my hubs to explain more to him. It was all under warranty (no cost) and now we have heat for the cold winter! Thank you guys! Thank you, Andy!

A staff member called about 30 minutes before the appointment time to confirm the technician's ETA. Bryan arrived with shoe covers in hand which I appreciated. He took a look at my thermostat, an EcoBee, and figured out it had been wired incorrectly. He explained to me which wire should go where for this type of thermostat. He took photos of everything and then wired it correctly. He called my Home Warranty company to give them the diagnosis and status. He went onto the roof where my heating unit was to check on refrigerant levels. He made recommendations about my heating system and discussed current refrigerants versus future refrigerants, and the most cost effective approach for future maintenance. AireServ was actually the third heating/ a/c company to come out because two others I called before cited concerns about the height of the roof. Those companies said they needed super tall ladders, that they would have to walk on the roof tiles, how it would be expensive to repair the tiles if they damaged it, etc. Bryan easily accessed the roof, not from the ground but from my porch skylight and used a standard ladder. He never once said anything about concerns about any tiles, or needing to walk on tiles. I could not believe how easy it was simply because Bryan knew what he was doing. Bryan looks young but definitely knew more and seems way more experienced than the two men (who were in their 40s and 50s) who came to my home previously. I highly recommend Bryan and AireServ.

Called Aire Serve of Pasadena the day after Christmas to set up an appointment for service. They were able to dispatch a technician the next day since it wasn't an absolute emergency. The technician showed up on time quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a solution with up front pricing and had the parts on the truck for the repair. The technician completed the job in less than two hours start to finish. Very professional service with fair pricing we will defiantly use them in the future for all our HVAC needs.

Bryan spotted the issue within a few minutes! Furnace is back on now! They responded same day request. Thumbs up!

The technician arrived promptly. I do not know him nor had I previously met him. He wore protective booties over his shoes to prevent bringing any debris into my home. This gesture was very much appreciated! He explained in detail what he was going to do, performed the work, and then reviewed what he completed. Very nice! He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He is very young but carried himself in a manner as if he were much older. If his employer reads this review, he should know that he has an excellent employee.

Always does their best to fit you in during an emergency! The workers are very polite and professional when they work on your air or heat. The man arrived about 45 minutes early, they told me between 3:30 and 5, so I was very happy in this heat that he made it ahead of schedule. Thank you always for your prompt service.
