Chris Joseph is such a great hvac technician! I referred him to our friend on an emergency service and he got out there the same day and was able to get my friend taken care of for a really reasonable price. Very honest, true, and quality guy!!

We were introduced to Aire Serv of Overland Park through the company Home Serve which covers the majority of the internal and external systems in our home. Our AC system went out twice within a few days. The impressive part of Aire Serv was that they were able to come out in both situations the same day that the calls were made. Yes, we were on a critical list because of the heat wave in Kansas City. However, from past experiences having same day repair service has been very rare. Chris from Aire Serv who came to our home was so accommodating to come so quickly. Chris was very professional and had a great attitude! On both service calls Chris arrived late in the day and into the evening hours to service these repairs. Thank you Aire Serv of Overland Park for outstanding customer service. We would highly recommend this company.

Chris and team communicated clearly and promptly. They served our need. The team was courteous and professional Our dryer wasn't drying. I connected with the office staff the first call and was able to schedule service for the next day. Scheduling was efficient. He arrived on time and diagnosed and solved our broken ventilation issue. Everything from scheduling to the service was a great experience. I was given a time frame when the tech would be at our house, and he showed up in a timely manner. Our tech was Chris, who was upfront about the service, costs, etc. He wasn't pushy towards getting something done, which I appreciate within the service industry. I would highly recommend using Aire Serv!
