Dalton was knowledgeable, thorough and very courteous, and not pushy at all.
We've been living on borrowed time with our old Lennox furnace. We had service in early Dec 2024 with the cold snap, our furnace was past its life span, and it wasn't keeping up with the set temperature by not kicking in. Craig came out from AireServ and got it going, showed us pictures, etc., recommended in the near future to check on an estimate. We'll, fast forward to Feb, and our furnace is working but not able to keep up once again with the cold. So, out came Francisco and then we thought we would have to wait to get our new one installed......nope, next day service! Axton and Jake were gems! It was a longer installation than usual as the new furnace,Goodman, and gas piping placement were different from the Lennox system. They were kind, courteous and efficient, in other words, they new their business. Even the electrician, wish I could remember his name and company, they used was excellent. All did a great job with clean up following. I can't say thank you enough!!!

I had to replace my furnace so I was apprehensive about meeting with the Comfort Advisor. Just a few hours after my Technician Dalton gave me the news I needed to look into a new furnace I met with Francisco who immediately set me at ease he was not going to leave me feeling I’m being taken advantage of. Francisco actually worked with me to meet my needs. Even better Francisco went out of his way to help me with technical issues with my smart thermostat. I highly recommend Aire Serv

I first worked with Craig S. And Aireserv over the summer. Craig came and provided me with a detailed estimate on replacement of my 35+ year old AC, and later completed the installation. He was ny today to service my furnace. My experiences have always been excellent. He is on time for appointments, provides detailed information on the service, offers recommendations with estimates but does not pressure for any purchase, and is very efficient with my time. I would recommend Craig and Aireserv to anyone with heating/air needs

Craig not only fixed the root issue plaguing my heat pump, but taught me, as a new homeowner, several things about the operation of them.

The tech, Zach, arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He had the problem fixed quickly and everything seems to be working fine now. My interaction with the office staff was great. Very friendly and helpful and received a call notifying me that the tech was on his way. Couldn't be more satisfied with Aire Serv. So happy my home warranty company uses them.
