Excellent service from beginning to end! My initial call after hours was answered by a polite operator who listened and contacted Dominic. He called right away and was at my house in 15 minutes. Dominic diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered a replacement water heater the next day. He installed it the following day. Dominic explained everything throughout. This is the place to call when you have an emergency.

As first-time customers we found Aire Serv to be a very professionally run company with pleasant, efficient and enthusiastic staff. What we particularly found appealing was that they appear to be interested in establishing relationships with their customers instead of just getting the job done. Danny took good care of us from quote to finish. A rarity these days. There was no question as to what was covered. A company of professionals from the secretary who answered my call to the technicians who came to my house to repair the heating. (I met Dominic and the owner) they are very friendly and honest, they know what they are doing and solve the problem. I recommend them for your home, if another problem arises with my heating I would not hesitate to call them again.

AireServ has been more attentive than any other commercial company I have ever worked with. From the initial installation of their wonderful HVAC system to the intricacies and frustrations of the humidifier component, they have been here with same-day or thoughtfully scheduled fixes every time I have called. The office staff (Cassie) is always pleasant and helpful, and the service people (Bob and Dan) proficient and problem solving. I could not ask for more.
