The company sent someone out right away to look at our heater when I called in the morning. They were son I e and helpful. The service technician was so helpful and nice. Gave us choices on how to fix the problem. We would call them every time. We are putting our heater and ac on contract with them from now on.

Aire Serv installed my heating and AC system a couple of years ago after a faulty repair service by Sears Cinch Home Warranty. That was a nightmare, but all is well with my new system and the free service checks by Aire Serv. They are top notch with top notch technicians. They only do what is necessary and give you their honest evaluation. Excellent customer service!

Sarah Mcadory was hands down AMAZING!! My neighbor sent me this disturbing video of a bird flying in my dryer vent 😩 The same day I called another company. The guy said they would clean out the nesting material ONLY and then sanitize it. Said I wouldn’t be able to use the dryer for 1-2 days. Quoted me a whopping $632 ‼️ and couldn’t guarantee there wouldn’t be any “stragglers” 😑… well that was a NO for me. Sarah from Aireserv came out the NEXT DAY COMPLETELY cleaned out the dryer vent and covered it for only $240!! Super sweet, friendly and knowledgeable!! I’m also a huge germaphobe so it was a plus that she was deligent in wearing her shoe covers every time she entered my home!!! Thank you Aireserv for helping me keep my home clean and safe!!
