I am beyond thankful to the speed and quality service from Aire Serv. My dad is on hospice. While staying at his house furnance popped and smoke smell came through the vents. Aire Serv scheduled a window of time then calles to confirm he could be early if that worked for . It sure did given we were freezing at 58 degrees. They sent me a picture of the techician coming. Drew was excellent. got it fixed so I could get to be with my dad at the hospital. I highly recommend Aire Serv.

We had a great experience having our ducts cleaned. Guess we did t think about how important that is! The team was thorough and professional. They were very careful around our belongings and our pets. Would definitely recommend!

What excellent customer service! Jhavon quickly scheduled someone to come quote an air duct cleaning, plus he answered my questions. Got a follow up text with a picture introducing Drew. Drew came in the ‘window of time’ quoted along with a call to give me a more exact arrival time. Drew introduced himself, did the walked through, gave me a quote, then scheduled the service to fit both our schedules. Drew, Cory (also introduced himself) and the third man on the team left the place perfect. Even put in the new air filter before leaving. The home immediately smelled better/ fresher! Exceptional company and top notch service! Thank you Aire Serv of Muncie!

The service indicated a part of my HVAC was near the end of it's service lifetime. Joe, the repairman stated that it was still performing within acceptable tolerances, but would likely need to be replaced in the fall. He gave me his professional advice to allow me to make an informed decision. He was able to replace the part quickly with a quality part and advise me on the life expectancy of the new part. I will continue to utilize their service for all of my HVAC needs.
