We needed to have a furnace replaced and were without heat in February. Aire Serv made sure we had heat by supplying some portable electric heaters to use until they were able to get us a new furnace. They even got us scheduled early due to a an opening that occurred. As our old furnace was 59 years old, some of our duct work did not fit properly with the new furnace. They had custom fittings made in order to make that existing ductwork fit. They also did a great job installing the central air system that we decided to add, as well. The installers were always friendly, polite and very considerate. They were more than willing to explain what was happening. They made every effort to reduce any damage to the floors and cleaned up after their work was done. Aire Serv is a Neighborly Company which is why we called them. We've done business with 2 other Neighborly Companies and have been very pleased with the work and the employees. I would recommend Aire Serv of Mid Michigan to everyone needing heating and air conditioning service.

In the past, Aire Serve has performed maintenance on my air conditioner and furnace. They have also recently installed a new furnace and a water heater. I am very happy with both installations. The office staff and the technicians at Aire Serve have always been friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Travis is our usual AC & furnace repair technician for twice yearly checkups; once in the spring for our AC system and cleaning our outside unit which gets covered with cottonwood balls. In the fall, he checks our heating system/ furnace so it will keep on running throughout the Michigan cold winter months. He is very thorough with his checkup. I don't think there is a thing that he misses. For his excellent service, we thank him very much.

Nick was very professional and completed the job thoroughly. I especially appreciated his help in getting our Sensi thermostat working with our phones.

The service was very prompt and professional. Every call was answered live and with great courtesy. This is very refreshing. The technicians were very knowledgeable and took time to listen to my questions and concerns. They also helped me to understand causes and solutions to my problems. Although the repair was costly, I truly think they did their best to mitigate it. When I had concerns the day after work was completed, they responded the same day and satisfied my concerns in person. We will continue to call on Aire Serv of Mid-Michigan for our heating and cooling needs.

Excellent service! Technician was very thorough, properly diagnosed our inop shop heater, got the parts from across the state, and had us up, running, and warm all in ONE DAY!!! The tech also very clearly described everything and even suggested some preventative maintenance. Hopefully I don’t need you soon but we won’t be calling anyone else id we do. Thank you!

We had Nick out today to service our 30 year old system that decided to stop working on Christmas Eve of all days. He was here promptly, got it running and did a thorough diagnosis and analysis of our entire system. He was straightforward, professional and prompt. The price was fair and his advice was solid. Aire Serv will be our go to HVAC company from now on.

HVAC is expensive, but AirServ was able to provide a competitive price with great service and flexible installation options. They communicated very well beginning to end and never made me feel pressured. Their customer service makes me confident for any issues that may come up in the future.
