Aire Serve did a great job diagnosing my seized compressor, providing options for replacement, and scheduling the installation of a heat pump and air handler the following day. Aaron was helpful and courteous with diagnostics, building a replacement package and scheduling installation. Bailey and Jamie were outstanding in getting the old system out, getting the new one in, testing to make certain everything was done right, cleaning up all the installation debris, and walking me through everything I needed to know before they left. I was impressed enough to schedule a follow up the next day for them to put in a UV light to help keep the new system free of mold, bacteria and viruses. My idea. Not an upsell. Looking forward to years of service from my new system.

Had a vent moved from the floor to a wall so i could complete my bathroom remodel. Also had a 20' long rigid duct run from my dryer to the outside. Quality materials ! Thomas, Ethan and Richard did a professional job from start to finish. Great Team! Thank you! P.s. i expected this job to take 6 hours but only took a little over 2 hours. Very impressed.

Danny Crimmins was my technician. I have been a customer for almost 20 years. He texted when he was on his way. Upon arrival, he set up an air quality scanner in my house and went to work on my unit. He was thorough, competent and paid attention to the small details. He cleaned the outside unit. He brought me new filters. And when he was done, he went over everything with me so I would feel satisfied with his service. He suggested moisture filters for the upcoming summer so that the unit would stay dry. Once he explained how they worked, I went ahead and purchased them. I have always been happy with Aire Serv & would recommend them to anyone that wants a high quality company with well trained technicians to look after their heating and air-conditioning. In this day and age, it is nice to receive the service you are paying for.

We moved into a new house and had these guys out to service our HVAC unit and establish two times a year service. They were courteous, professional, and did a great job. We also received estimates lightning quick for some duct work that needed doing. All in all a great experience.

We had Avante Unser as our HVAC technician today. Avante was very helpful when it came to educating myself and my wife on what our HVAC system needed to stay running properly and doing the preventative maintenance on it. Avante had to make a repair while out today servicing our unit and was very fast and efficient doing so. He made sure we got good quality work done and didn’t rush and throw it all back together.
