Mitchell did an awesome job! He diagnosed the issue very quickly, he had the part on his truck, and he had our furnace back up and running in a little over an hour. Excellent service! He was very thorough and methodical in his troubleshooting. Very personable.

I had them to come out the technician was very good,Trevor very pleasant. He fixed the heating problemThey sent Herbie and his trainee Jamie out. Very pleasant and very knowledgeable took their time. I was very impressed with Herbie and his training technique.Jamie who’s new was very pleasant and knowledgeable to. I ask her how long she had been working? She said 2 weeks. I told Herbie I noticed SHE! didn’t ask a lot of question, so very evident he’s doing his job well. I ask her if they were paying her good. I told Herbie they need to treat her right I think she’s an asset to the company. She’s a keeper.. They got the job done. Very satisfied.

Trevor was professional and so kind to my dog too! He went above and beyond! I always appreciate how I’m treated from the moment I make the call. I’m told I will be taken care of before the day is over! I made the call at 4:45pm. Trevor arrived around 6:30pm and my home was feeling warm and his job was complete my 7:30pm!

We contacted Aire Serv of Liberty and Trevor came out on Wednesday afternoon and it was determined that our furnace was bad and we needed a new one! They ordered parts, received everything in on Friday afternoon and Trevor and Matt arrived about 9 o’clock Saturday morning. Stayed all day but did an excellent job. I highly recommend Aire Serv and Trevor and Matt as well!!
