Joshua was a an exceptional representative for your company. He was very polite and enthusiastic about his work. He recommended a few things to consider as others have in the past but I told him that I would consider and let him know. Did a thorough job. Excellent communication skills. We have used Aire Serv for a few years and have always been pleased. We needed service recently and Tim was great to with with. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went over our options and answered all of our questions. He had even waited for me to get home so he could explain it to me separately and make sure that I didn't have any questions. I felt like he was very honest and trustworthy. Tim came back a few days later to complete the work and the unit was working in no time. He did a great job!

Tony and Simon arrived on time, were very friendly, polite and professional. They explained what they were doing and answered all my questions. When they left, it was difficult to tell they had been here working, they cleaned up that well!!

Fantastic company and workforce. Jason Porter and his team came up with a creative and cost effective solution to cool our gymnasium/church space while other companies were either price-gouging us or ghosting us, and I could not be more pleased with the finished product. I along with our entire congregation are so grateful to Aire Serv for the work they did and the way they did it.
