We had a great experience with aire serv. Our heat was out, but they spotted a problem with our electric panel, hooked us up with a great electrician, Powered Up electric. Both crews were on site and all work was completed in one day. The new system is efficient and quiet. We were constantly getting sick before we got the duct work replaced and now we are enjoying excellent health.

Jeff at AirServ was a true professional. I had three other contractor visits and none of them fully diagnosed, let alone solved my heating issues. They did the in the course of one visit and had the necessary parts on hand. I paid a fair price for incredible, knowledgeable, and efficient service. They have earned a loyal customer.

When my heat stopped working right before a winter storm, I braced myself for a few cold days. I called Aire Serv’s after-hours emergency line, left a message, and began making plans to stay warm. To my surprise, a technician called me back within 30 minutes and arrived at my house within the hour. The tech was not only prompt and friendly but also informed me that my issue was covered under warranty, so I only had to pay the after-hours fee. AMAZING service! I’m so impressed and will definitely be a loyal, long-term customer of Aire Serv.

Have always had very positive interactions with AireServ. From the ease of scheduling an appointment, to the process of completely replacing our downstairs HVAC when it went out in the middle of winter, they have gone above and beyond. The professionalism and knowledge of their technicians is fantastic, and any issues during a routine service are immediately addressed. Scheduling service and routine maintenance are easy and very flexible.

Technician was on time and and found the problem quickly. He was knowledgeable about the system and gave two options to fix the problem. He repaired the system and it has performed well.
