3/28/2025. Had AC unit serviced and signed up Advantage memebership. Jack and Jacob did great job explaining what they found. Also had pictures of everything the checked and voltage. Also explained which parts they recommend replacing now and which things can wait. This company and employees are thorough and alwasy polite, courtesy and trustworthy. Love that fact they have after hours service calls unlike the normal HVAC I use and they said they where closed. Aire Serv was reliable and inspected everthing thoroughly and Jack explained in detail what his findings where and what my system says it should be running at. Jack was nice, polite, and respectful our properly. Jack gave me more information then what I have been given the past from other companies. Jack was also respectful our dog when goming into the house and leaving and didn't mind her barking or checking on him. Jack also described there member plans and how they work and that will be something we will be looking into soon to become a full time customer of their company.

Second experience with Aire Serv of Killeen and the quality of service is still fantastic. Orian, Caleb, and Jacob were very professional yet friendly and had a great, helpful rapport with one another. It was a very detailed job that has them here for 6 hours but their demeanor never wavered. They were focused and actively working the entire time, very careful not to make a mess, and so diligent at cleaning up after themselves I’m pretty sure they cleaned things that weren't theirs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aire Serv of Killeen and I’ll absolutely continue to use their services.

The first day of moving into our new house, the air conditioning upstairs was not working, and it was hotter inside than outside. Aire Serv sent a technician (Jack Armstrong) out the same day, and he not only got it working before my wife and sons arrived (which, on its own, would be worth 5 stars to me), but he also detected and corrected at least two incipient issues. Update: I’ve been happily working with Aire Serv’s Killeen branch for about 8 months now. They kept our old system running longer than I thought it might last, and when we were finally able to pull the trigger on replacing it (which we knew we’d need to do when buying the house), their service was even better than expected. Two of their technicians, Chris and Hezekiah, came out on a Saturday (and showed up not only on time, but early enough to get the system installed and working before the day really heated up). Apart from their being so pleasant to work with, our interior unit is located on the second floor and I was especially impressed by how they managed to get the old system out and the new system in without dinging or damaging the stairs or stairway walls!

Orian Douglas is very professional dealing with us went about his work thoroughly and seems to be very knowledgeable friendly and pleasant to deal with would like to have him again for the next service

I had a great experience with Air Serv of Killen today, especially with Orian and Junior. They were professional, on time, and provided excellent service. They quickly assessed the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the job efficiently, differently from the last experience I had with air service with Carlos, he was so unprofessional, lazy, and unclear. I'm so glad to say all my expectations changed, and right now I highly recommend Orian and Junior for reliable and friendly HVAC service!

Great experience! We called in the morning to have our mini split diagnosed, Pete came by around lunch time and a few short hours later we had cold air blowing again. Just in time for Texas spring. He was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process in detail. Very grateful.

Great service! Orian showed up on time and was very professional in all his duties. He explained everything throughly to me about the service and what areas he would be focusing on. He checked the attic unit, outside unit, all vents, and filters. I had my new vents on hand, so he evened changed those for me as well. When the service was completed, he gave a comprehensive review using pictures, which was easy to follow along and understand. He was very courteous, polite, and professional in his work performance!
