Our hot water heater went out and they were not only quick to come out to give us an estimate but we had it replaced within 48 hours. Install took 4 hours and that was with extra work needing done. They were super respectful, professional and I would recommend them to anyone needed help with their HVAC or Water heater!

Quick and Easy, best rates around - called and they were there within 3 hours. 99$ fee to come out, if you have actual work that needs to be done the fee gets waived and you just pay for the service. No hourly charge for them being out there like Suburban HAC. Zach was my technician and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave me good advice for preventative measures to keep my outdoor unit in good condition. Very thorough service. I will definitely be using their services again if I require assistance.

The team at Airserv was very knowledgeable and their customer service was excellent. I called after hours and spoke with their call service. Their team proceeded to call me back the next day to confirm my appointment and clarify some things I said during the call. Zach and Owen both helped us with our furnace issues and they were fantastic. They took the time to thoroughly evaluate the issue, explain it to us, and give us thorough estimates.

Have used them since we moved to Michigan in June 2022. Always great service. I suggest signing up for their plan where they come out and check your unit in the spring and fall. Had to get a new furnace in Oct 2023 and they got it installed in less than a day. Always good, professional service. They now offer plumbing and we have used them for that as well.

Our furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. We called AireServ and their technician Zack was there in a few hours to diagnose the issue and had the parts installed in less than 24 hours. The service was very timely and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!!
