Installation of our new furnace and air conditioner system was seamless. Work was clean and efficient. It was during winter break so our whole family was home during work hours, but that came with no interruptions of sleep or our family’s vacation routine. We were fully prepared to get the kids out, but it ultimately was not necessary for us. The heat system is quiet and easy to control through the app. We are pleased with the whole process.

From quoting to scheduling to installation, everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. Owen did a great job explaining our options for a furnace replacement and how to help address a particularly cold area in our home. There was a delay in the manufacturer sending out the new unit to Aireserv, but Owen communicated to us immediately and made us a priority when it did arrive. Dave, Leo and Jeremiah did a fantastic job with the installation. They arrived on time and were very clean with the removal of the old unit as well as the installation of the new furnace and sheet metal re-work. Before leaving they gave us a detailed walkthrough of the new unit explaining the new features. I highly recommend them!

It is a sunday pm just before christmas and 20 degrees outside. Our furnace decides to stop working. A call to Aire serv and Brett was here in less than 30 minutes. After a couple hours, he finds that the problem is a part that rarely goes out and the part had to be ordered. With christmas almost here, it could have been 5-6 days without heat. Aireserv went above and beyond the call of duty and located the part and had heat for us on Monday pm. Thank you to Brett, Cathy, the owner and all the folks at Aireserv. Zach from Aire Serv did a tune-up on my furnace and I cannot say enough amazing things about him. He answered all my questions and he took great pride in talking about his job and the amazing company he works for. You can tell by the way he talks that he truly loves the work he does, it's not just a job for him. He takes pride in what he does. (For Instance) He accidentally broke a part while cleaning my furnace and he could of lied to me and told me that it was already broke but that is not the kind of people that Aire Serv and Zach are. I am so glad that I did my research and found them. I have been ripped off and Lied to so many times in my life, so to find a company that goes above and beyond for its customers is refreshing. Aire Serv and Zach are who I will come back to for all my HVAC needs and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC services. Ben and Carisa are amazing!!! They are good, honest people that will truly treat you like family- the family that you DO like to be around ;). They are prompt, thorough, respectful and honest. Ben has spent several hours at our home(s)-the one we just sold and the new one. We needed late appointments since my hubby didn't get out of work until after 5:30. He gave us thorough information, our options, his honest opinion (which showed that he was not trying to nickel- and- dime us) and answered any and all questions we had. Carisa (his wife) is also very thorough, considerate and made sure we had all questions and concerns answered and further didn't pressure us into making any decisions.
