Thomas did the duct cleaning and was outstanding. Jay replaced the water softener and was outstanding as well. They did the company proud today and proved why Aire Serv is the best.

The Marshall Rea, the service technician, was at my home today. He is an excellent representative of Aire Serv. He is competent, friendly, kind, fast, and knowledgeable and sharing of upgrading products. I would give a 5 star rating if I could find where it is located. Thank you Marshall for all your help.

Scheduled an AC tune up and our technician was Brandon White. He was running ahead of schedule and called to ok an earlier appointment start. He arrived in the time he quoted for moving up our appointment and was friendly and professional. Before entering the house, he put on shoe covers. Brandon gave me a run down of what services he was going to do and offered information on their service membership. He serviced the AC system and informed us of additional maintenance items that were needed with explanations for the need. Very thorough and gave suggestions that could help to keep air flowing better through upper floor bedrooms. Brandon explained the fees (and potential savings if we signed up for the service membership) before any additional services were performed. We are extremely pleased with the work that was done, the cost, and Brandon’s professionalism and knowledge. Would highly recommend!

I had a complete upgrade to my heating and humidifying system. The service technicians, Marshall, Kendra, and Michael, were consumate professionals. Andrew from Aire Serv came out because our unit wasn’t blowing any cold air. After doing a thorough diagnostic, he found the problem and gave several options to fix it to fix it but also prevent future issues. He explained it all well. He was very pleasant and personable to work with.

More great service provided by Marshall! Furnace was not working and the next 5 days temps of zero and below were headed our way. He arrived on Saturday late afternoon and got us up and running. I'm also grateful to have Smart Addvantage! Discount on emergency service was much appreciated. Marshall was super helpful and helped me understand better how the Heat Pump and the settings work. He was also super patient. I asked a lot of questions!

I had the opportunity to take advantage of the expert service offered by the Air Serv center in Jefferson City, Missouri. Three service technicians, Marshall, Kendra, and Michael did an outstanding job in rebuilding my heating and humidifying system for my home. They were all very skilled, professional and courteous. They all explained what was going to be done and how the repairs/replacements would operate to improve efficiency and output. These are the kinds of technical experts one hopes to engage in repairing their systems and I was fortunate to have the best. They deserve to be recognized and given whatever gratuity is permitted.

Our technician Andrew did a great job with the semiannual tuneup. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and took time to explain issues or answer questions. One of the top techs we’ve ever had. We would be glad to have him every time.

They installed my system today. We replaced my original HVAC with an Amana heat pump. Michael and Jay showed up on time, finished when they said they would and we're ready to work with my requests. (Even swept my garage floor, they worked clean!) Good job.

Tim provided a clear, thorough, and reasonably-priced heat pump/furnace quote for our home. We appreciated the discounts for being a long-time customer. While it was difficult to get the install done in a timely fashion due to Missouri weather being typical/uncooperative... Rob and Tim both made a special trip (through the snow) out to the old farmhouse to help ensure our 20-year old furnace would be able to give us its last gasps of heat through those remaining frigid days. (They even lent us a few extra space heaters to keep the pipes warm in case of emergency.) Michael and Jay, our technicians, arrived ahead of schedule on our warm and sunny install day and were extremely knowledgeable, proficient, and professional. They were also kind and enjoyable to have around the house all day, and I felt comfortable and confident in their work. We're all very (warm) happy! A warm and sincere "Thank you!" to the AireServ team for another job well done. Let's hope these machines last another 20 years under your excellent service.
