Michael and Jay installed a new air filter system and cleaned our ductwork!! They did a great job, showed us pictures of our ducts (disgusting!), and did a very thorough cleaning job! They were careful to protect our floors and carpet, and they cleaned up everything nicely. We are happy customers.

More great service provided by Marshall! Furnace was not working and the next 5 days temps of zero and below were headed our way. He arrived on Saturday late afternoon and got us up and running. He was also super patient. I asked a lot of questions!

Top notch service! And again today… 1/18/25 Andrew came to my rescue on a Saturday in 20 degree weather when my furnace decided to go on holiday. Had it up and running in no time, and explained what had broken and how he fixed it. My 86 year old mom lives with me… and her comfort is important to me. Andrew helped us. I’m very grateful.

Andrew and Laree hit a home run when they came out to do my semiannual tune up today. I’d had an issue with air flow in one of my upstairs bedrooms for a while. I had mentioned it to the service man during my summer tune up, but he didn’t have an answer other than singling out the duct work. I was considering canceling my annual maintenance membership because I didn’t find it very helpful. My confidence was restored today though. Andrew identified the air flow issue immediately. He handled it. Explained it to me, and even labeled the damper so I know in the future which direction is open vs closed. I’ve got full airflow to the upstairs bedroom now. My mother-in-law will be much happier next time she comes to visit. Great job guys! Job well done! Thank you!

Our service professional was Thomas Windle and he was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable and polite! He explained all the services to me in a very professional and friendly manner. He even set me up on a yearly membership so we can keep our systems running properly! Absolutely phenomenal service!
