Our Results
The technician came to do a 6 month inspection/checkup. The furnace is new, when we mentioned a strange noise. It is an intermittent issue so we have another appointment to track it down. Unlike the cable guy, who shows up between 0800 and 1200, Aire Serv said see you at 1000 and knocked on the door at 1001. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

The technicians were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough in their work.

I can not express enough the generosity this business has shown our animal rescue over the years. Paws in Jacksonville,Illinois is so very fortunate to have this place taking care of our needs. Rodney was very professional. He was very thorough and made sure every duct was cleaned. He did a great job of patching the holes he cut in the ducts. The aluminum tape was fantastic.
