I would like to thank Christian .He is a AIRESERV professional service technician. Last night I had my heat to go out with the coldest night snowing and several inches accumulation.I called my home warranty. I was told they would have someone call me. I was given a claim number. I may be 24 hours to several days before they could get here. I explained I am cold and I was afraid my pipes would burst. I was told they do not service emergency.I started to pray and ask God for help. He heard my prayer.I called AIRESERV professional service tech. He arrived at my house within 30 min. He dx. My problem. I had monoxide coming into my house.I had no idea of the harm I and my little pug was in. Christian did a thorough check with my heating unit found and took video to show me the damage. Chris was so polite a perfect gentlemen .He put covers on his shoes before entering not to track snow into my home. He explained exactly what was going on with my unit.Very professional and knowledg able.He went over everything where I could understand and my options.Iwas so impressed with this young man.I highly recommend this com.they are at 29 Three way lane in Humboldt tn.38343. After he left I was given a extra blessing .He is a born again christian. He knows Jesus Christ as Savior.God not only answered my prayers quickly. He send his own to be the one to meet my need. Is not God Wonderful. I hope you will seriously consider using this company .They respond fast.call before they come and right on time. Great attitude. Very thorough.I am well pleased. My pro was Christian Nieto. He was very polite and professional. He made sure everything was completed and good. He worked so hard to ensure that I had heat. Also Aire Serv contacted me to keep me informed about who was performing the job! This company is great! The service gets an A+ rating! I am glad that I chose their service!

We had a wonderful experience with Michael Hicks and Seth Bridges. Our heater quit working -Michael came out and worked very hard on doing everything possible to help it along. But it was time for a new one. Seth came out and gave us all the info on a new unit and answered all our questions. Michael and Seth both worked very hard on making sure to get us the right unit for our home and with the winter storm coming - Michael made sure to get our old unit running long enough to carry us to the next day. He, also, made sure to get everything set up for next day installation of a new unit. These two guys are kind and caring and hard workers. Over the top!!! Great guys - great company!

My unit had failed and I called. They came out the very following day. They gave me an inspection explained everything to me that was wrong and clear. What could be done what options I had they made the process very easy on myself and family. We went through the paperwork together we crossed the tease started in the eyes in the very following day. I had a brand new unit and we are very happy.
