Our Results
We had a wonderful experience with Michael Hicks and Seth Bridges. Our heater quit working -Michael came out and worked very hard on doing everything possible to help it along. But it was time for a new one. Seth came out and gave us all the info on a new unit and answered all our questions. Michael and Seth both worked very hard on making sure to get us the right unit for our home and with the winter storm coming - Michael made sure to get our old unit running long enough to carry us to the next day. He, also, made sure to get everything set up for next day installation of a new unit. These two guys are kind and caring and hard workers. Over the top!!! Great guys - great company!

My unit had failed and I called. They came out the very following day. They gave me an inspection explained everything to me that was wrong and clear. What could be done what options I had they made the process very easy on myself and family. We went through the paperwork together we crossed the tease started in the eyes in the very following day. I had a brand new unit and we are very happy.

We are very pleased to have heat especially with it turning colder tonight. We had called another company yesterday and basically all we were told is that unit is old and needs replaced and that he believed compressor was going out on unit. Unit had started working again so we thought maybe just had to reset but temperature had increased. During night unit quit again. It is a hybrid so it switches over to gas when it air drops to a certain temperature. I decided to call someone else today to get a second opinion since we can't afford to replace it right now. Jerry came out and thoroughly checked unit. He noticed that when the gas tried to engage that it would come on and right back off. He started cleaning it and the ignition switch ( I think that is what it's called) was broken. He replaced switch and unit is working well right now. We are so thankful that he was able to fix our issue. Will definitely depend on them for our future needs! Thanks Jerry! 😀

Technician was on time as promised, went thru my units and explained everything to me. Offered a few suggestions to improve air quality which was appreciated but didn’t force anything on us. Please with our service overall.
