The only tip I would make is check the thermostats after service. A cold nose and several blankets later the house was 63'. Thermostats revealed the AC was on instead of the heat. Kinda important when it's 30' outside.

Wes was my technician. He was very informative. Knowledgeable got us fixed up quick we were without heat. Had us repaired immediately with highly recommend.
