Nicolas is my guy. He was polite, responsive, knowledgeable and acted swiftly. He listened to me and he appeared comfortable with me asking questions. And the young lady that took my call (sorry I do not remember your name) but she was uber polite. Top customer service!!! Companies need her as a trainer. I would definitely recommend Aire Serv.

Nicolas, Sean and everyone else that I spoke with at Aireserve were very professional and provided quality service. We felt sick for the first week of moving into our rental house here in Greenville. After Aireserv completed their cleaning of the HVAC system, We immediately noticed a difference in our air quality. 10/10 would recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

It is now 2024 and time for my A/C to be serviced. Ben Moser and Benton Tucker arrived on 7/8/2024 to service A/C. While they both were brand new to the company, they were very courteous, and professional. They explained everything they were doing and the findings during the service. The explanations were clear and understandable. We received a call the next day from Benton asking to come and replace the part. Service was clear , prompt, and they walked me through the process. We request that Ben & Benton be our service technicians going forward. -2023 From the time I was contacted by Sandy from their office to Eric the serviceman, I felt true Service. They both made sure they understood my issues and I understood their service capabilities. This is a company above others.

I had to come and delete my first review because it was not accurate as to how this company operates. Kelvin reached out to me personally about my issues that I had. Not only did he allow me to express my feelings, he also sincerely apologized and assured me that he would take care of everything as well as keep me informed step by step of what was going to take place. He is a man of his word and did exactly what he promised to do. I can only respect that. There was no way I would leave a bad review up when the company goes out of their way to make it right. Today was my turn to make it right and show my appreciation to Kelvin and the company. The reviews speak for themselves. I highly suggest them for your HVAC needs. Sometimes things happen and may not go as expected but I am willing to show some grace to a man who stepped up and took action like Kelvin did. Thank you so very much Kelvin and may your business continue to be successful

Nicholas and Tony came out the same day that I called for no heat. They found the problem and repaired within 1.5 hours. No guarantee that all repairs will be this easy, but they were very quick, professional and easy to work with.

Was frustrated at first that they were here from 2p until 11p to install a new furnace. I go to bed at 9:30p. But I thought about it...Furnace is in attic..Old furnace was 32yrs old...old furnace was installed before the tiny attic pulldown stair was installed. Those guys worked hard to get the old one down and the new one up. Then to have to conduct a new system to old stuff. I definitely can't complain. Bottom line, they got it done, it works just as it should, their service is great...I'm on their annual plan...just go with them.

In early December, I reached out to Aire Serv to have a return vent added to a room. I was impressed with how quickly they responded—within minutes of submitting my request, I received a text (albeit at 2 a.m.), and the following morning, they contacted me to schedule an estimate. Joe came out the next day to provide the estimate. He was professional, thorough, and offered the most competitive price among the three companies I was considering. At this point, I’d give the pre-signing process 4.5 stars—almost perfect. I did mention that I planned to review all my quotes and would sign within their 7-day window. However, when I had some follow-up questions, I encountered some difficulty getting in touch with the project or general manager (I’m unsure of his exact title). While he eventually answered my questions, the delay was noticeable. Additionally, when I was ready to approve the estimate, I discovered that the approval link—intended to remain active for 7 days—had expired after 6, forcing me to call back and request a new one. Once I signed the estimate, I was told I would hear from them within a day or two. Unfortunately, I didn’t hear back for two weeks. While I understand it was the holiday season and I was busy as well, I still expected more proactive communication. When I finally called to check, they assured me they would get back to me the following Monday. By Tuesday, I received a question about the filter size, which I had already provided during my initial call. On Wednesday, I finally received a text letting me know they could come out the next morning. The Technician - 6 out of 5 Stars The real MVP of this experience was Alex, the technician. He deserves more than 5 stars—his professionalism, expertise, and communication were exceptional. Alex called the next morning to let me know he was on his way and needed to assess the situation before picking up parts from the office (which was a 30-minute drive away). I wasn’t prepared for this, as I had been told the job would take about 3 hours total. I rearranged work meetings for this window, so the shift in timing was inconvenient. Despite this, Alex arrived promptly, was extremely respectful, and reassured me that although he spotted an issue, it wouldn’t be a problem once he had the correct parts. He explained everything clearly. After returning to the office, he apologized for the 5-hour delay—he had to help a short-staffed colleague, which I understood. However, there was a frustrating moment where I missed a call around 1 p.m. When I returned the call, it got disconnected, but I immediately received a text asking me to call back—clearly a message meant for prospective clients. It felt like new clients were getting quicker responses than those who had already signed estimates. Alex returned later that day and installed nearly everything except for one part—the correct size but the wrong item—due to a warehouse mix-up. He came back the next morning to finish the job, and his dedication and craftsmanship were outstanding. Aire Serv is fortunate to have someone like Alex on their team. Final Thoughts My lower rating is solely due to the lack of communication after I signed the estimate. A simple call saying, “Hey, thank you for choosing us. We’re short-staffed due to the holidays. Can we set a date for early January?” would have gone a long way. In summary: Estimate and pre-signing process: 4.5 stars Post-signing communication: 3 stars Technician Alex: 6 out of 5 stars Alex made the experience worthwhile, but corporate communication needs improvement.
