The service technician came right on time, found the problems, checked out everything, ordered the new part that is needed and told me he would come back to install it once he gets it. Perfect.

Josh Leonard arrived for my service call on time. He mentioned that prior to him getting to me he had researched my very very old Vanguard wall mounted propane heater. I was immediately impressed! We discussed the "pilot" issue I was having. I found Josh to be quite professional, very skilled and he remained very respectful of me and my situation throughout his time. He walked me through his thoughts regarding future problems, which was much appreciated! I will not hesitate to return to Aire Serve for future needs within their areas of expertise. Around 9:30PM on Black Friday when putting our infant down for bed, we noticed that the heat hadn’t been blowing all day. After performing what troubleshooting we could to try and fix the problem, we were expecting to not have heat all weekend. As a last ditch effort, we called Aire Serv around 11PM to ask for help. Within minutes, I got a call back from Sarah, who had found a technician in our area who could come out to take a look. Robert was at our house before midnight, identified the issue quickly (faulty gas valve), and performed a repair that would get our heat blowing through the night until he could order a replacement part. The next morning I got a call saying the part was available and Robert would be back same day for the repair. Within 15 hours of initially reporting the issue, our problem had been fully resolved. Everyone involved was professional, responsive, and kind. Easiest 5/5 review I’ve ever left.

I have been on Aire Serves maintenance plan for a couple seasons now. Chris just came out and serviced our heater. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. I trust them and know they will be there if I need them in the future.
