My wife and I were really pleased with Will from Aire Serv of East Valley repairing our air conditioning unit recently. He was very professional in helping us maximize the efficiency of our unit with a higher quality air filter and some thermostat tweaks, too. We even signed up for Aire Serv's preventive maintenance plan to keep our HVAC system warranty in place.

We were experiencing difficulty adjusting the settings on our ECO thermostat and when I called AIRSERV and spoke with Michelle, she dispatched Nikolas (Niko) to fix the issue. Niko quickly discovered that the settings needed adjustment and may have been defaulted during a power bump. All is well now and we truly enjoyed Niko. He is a very nice, polite, friendly and knowledgeable representative for AIRSERV. Thank you, Michelle and Niko, for your professionalism and enjoyable personalities.
