We had Spencer Peterson do a furnace checkup today since we hadn't had it inspected in a couple of years. Spencer did a thorough check, answered all of our questions, and explained things in a way we could understand. He gave us recommendations on additional services/products that would help in our home. 12/16/24 Nate and Dave replaced our 21 year old furnace. Also we had ice build up on the roof vent. Nate and Dave installed a brand new furnace and solved the problem with ice building up on our roof vent. We learned a lot! Job was neat and clean. Furnace is working great! Nate and Dave were very informative, personable and did a fantastic job! Dave came out the next day for a thorough duct cleaning. Another great job!!! Fast appointment. Scheduled same day. Thorough inspection of furnace. Joe did a great inspection!

Update: 12-27-2024, Spencer was out to install the new humidifier, furnace filter and UV system today. We talked through the process of installing the new systems and he quickly got to work. After the install we talked about the new system and everything that we need to know about it and what needs attention from time to time as the seasons change. Spenser is a great guy to work with and explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions that we had. Thanks again for everything! Joe was prompt and professional. We talked about the best way to put a dryer vent in the utility room that would meet current code requirements and made a good plan. The work was completed very quickly and looks great! Thanks again for your help everyone at Aire Serv and especially Joe!

Aire Serv is awesome! This is my second home Aire Serv has serviced, and in both cases having them in the home is a game changer. They will find all the causes of the known problems, and find problems you may not even be aware of. No pressure or judgement for anything you choose not to repair, and the service is always grade A+! They are professional, friendly, treat your home with respect, and always clean up when they are done. My first home was a traditional HVAC home, central air and heating. My new home has boiler heat, and no AC when I moved in. I was worried that Aire Serv wouldn't be as adept with a ductless home, but boy was I wrong! They are experts on everything cooling and heating, and my new home is comfortable, cozy, and running efficiently thanks to this awesome team! I cannot recommend them enough! As far as I am concerned Aire Serv is the gold standard for the in home service industry. 100%! We have had some changing issues with our system, but airserve is always able to resolve what comes up!
