Since our unit is 20 years old we have chosen to have it replaced. Freddy explained that Brad was the salesperson who will visit and work out our next step. Called Friday morning when they opened with a heating issue. Someone was at the house within 1.5 hrs. Fixed problem and gone by 10am. Tech was very professional and shared all problems and repair info. High-quality professional people and a pleasure to to business with !!
