Called Aire Serv this morning- they came out within the hour. SUPER, SUPER nice upung man, Tyler, checked out my situation, found the problem, will order the part and be back in a couple of days. I would highly recommend this company for any of your heating and or air conditioning needs. Again, very, very nice people and prices seem to be really fair - so much so, I set up a maintenance plan with them.

What an absolutely wonderful company. There are a lot of businesses out there; but they’re not a lot of groups of people who work together to make things go smoothly as well as the people at Aireserv. Aireserv is a great company. I am truly grateful for their work ethic and kindness. I’ve lived in Wilmington for over 20 years and it pays to know the right businesses to call. They put me right on the schedule, confirmed that components I needed were under warranty, handled ordering everything, kept in touch, came back, replaced the heat strip, and passed the savings on to me. The tech was kind enough to bring the old component to me and show me where it had burned and fused, and was beginning to arc. It was such a good experience. Thank you so much!

We have had nothing but the absolute best service from this company! The office staff are always so pleasant and helpful when we call. The service technician Robert is such a joy to deal with. We have had numerous issues with the mini split in our home. AireServ is the third HVAC company to work on it. And by Far the most Professional, Thorough, and Detailed approach to solve our problems. Aire Serv has serviced our aging package unit several times. They are always prompt and professional and provide great communication. Tyler T. repaired our unit today and he was great. He diagnosed and made the repair in under an hour. We have a separate home warranty which comes in handy for certain things but when it comes to HVAC I will only use Aire Serv rather than one of their contractors. Dec 2024 update - Aire Serv just performed the winter maintenance service on our unit. As usual Tyler was prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

Temps went down and so did my furnace. They came right out to get it back in action. Definitely in my Rolodex for being reliable.
