I had Aire serv come out last week to give us an estimate on a new AC unit. He came out on time and was very friendly. He went down stairs and took a look at it to see if we needed to replace it. Turns out, he was able to fix it and thinks it will be good for another couple years!! Thank you for your honesty!! I will be going back to them for all my heating & air needs! Thanks again!!!

I highly recommend this company. I am new to the area and chose aire serve based on the google reviews. I had to have my hvac replaced and it was not a straight forward job as ducts needed to be disconnected along with several other adjustments. They coordinated everything well and the communication was great. They even have a carpenter they work with to repair dry wall/flooring if you are moving vents. From the customer service team answering the phones 24/7 to the technicians, install team, and designer, everyone is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I had a million questions throughout the process and everything was explained to me in depth by the designer, Clay, who was my life line during the whole process. You can tell they really care about their customers and doing good work. They finished quicker than expected and there was a minor issue that they came back to fix within a day. The response time has been excellent They also have been able to send someone out within 24hrs. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been really amazing. I feel really good about the work that was done and I love how quiet and efficient my new system is. if there are future issues I know I’m in good hands. Thank you air serve!

First off, their customer service is very professional. The tech assigned, Sarah Mc, was very prompt, respected my space (booties), explained the process, and cleaned up afterwards. My dryer vent was thoroughly cleaned out. I'm pleased with my experience and would recommend Air Serv of Bel Air to anyone!
