We signed on to the service contract—it seemed like a good deal, and we’ve had some costly issues because we kept putting off maintenance. They are also really great communicators; they respond right away, often via text (which we prefer), and were able to schedule service the day after we reached out. A young man from AireServe, Blaze Baron, came yesterday to service our hvac system. He spent a lot of time, was meticulous and thorough, explained and documented everything really well (even showed me photos and videos of the issues he found). On top of all that, he was just an incredibly kind, humble and helpful person. Wow. So happy to have a service contract with Aireserve.

Aire Serv of Aggieland recently installed my new system. My home has never been more comfortable than it is now. My new unit is so quiet. We couldn’t sit at our back patio because the ac was so loud. Now I can’t even hear my new unit running. They also installed a dehumidifier and large air filter. The air is so clean and crisp. Love my new level of comfort. Thank you Aire Serv of Aggieland.

Our AC had issues and stopped working over the Labor Day weekend. Aire Serv responded and the very the next day it was fixed, on a Sunday!

I've had the Aire Serv folks out to my house several times. These guys are the utmost professional and have always fully explained everything to me in detail. They are also not pushy salespeople in any way. All-in-all, this is probably the best service company I've dealt with for my homes.

Cody went through everything on our units. Looked through every possible issue that it could be and then made suggestions. Cody then told what the issue was most likely to be. It made since with the issues I had. Approve the recalibration of our units and as of today all units are working great. Thanks

We have had a hard time getting our previous AC company to respond so I called Aire Serv of Aggieland. The technician Ethan Gee was amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Ethan was able to find the problem, repair it and get us back up and running! He took time to explain what was wrong with our system and gave recommendations for ways to help get the most out of our AC. We recommend them to anyone having problems with their AC. They go above and beyond for their customers!!

Best tech ever! I will always request Cody. He knows what he's doing. Very professional and great customer service. He needs a raise for real! He made sure our dogs were secure and our gates were closed and everything was put back where it belonged.

We have had a couple opportunities to work with Aire Serv of Aggieland and they've all been exceptional. The tech they sent out, Blaze, was beyond professional. Such a great attitude and a hard working young man. He's an absolute pro and represents their company very well. We also had their Comfort Designer, Melissa out and she did a fantastic job helping us select a replacement for our 20-year old system.
