Congratulations to Scott and Denise Taylor - Aire Serv Franchisee of the Year

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (Oct. 6, 2016) – Scott and Denise Taylor, owners of Aire Serv of Huntsville, received the Aire Serv Franchisee of the Year Award and Top Gun recognition at the 2016 Dwyer Group International Conference held Sept. 11-14 in San Antonio, Texas.

The Franchisee of the Year Award is the highest honor than can be earned by a franchisee in the Aire Serv network. The winning franchise must show consistent growth through proper training and management of the organization, consistent high sales volume and quality customer service.

“Their leadership is an inspiration to all of us,” said Steve Truett, president of Aire Serv. “Franchisee of the Year is an award and an accomplishment that Scott, Denise and their team deserve for building a great organization and we look forward to their continued success and strong leadership.”

The Top Gun award goes to franchise owners who achieve sales and reach operation benchmarks. The Top Gun recipients represent the top 10 percent of Aire Serv franchise owners across North America.

The Top Gun designation was inspired by the 1980’s movie of the same moniker. Don Dwyer, the late founder of Aire Serv parent company, Dwyer Group, initiated the concept. He felt the top franchise owners went the extra mile and did what it took to be exemplary.
